Cannibal's power activates tantrum after downing a survivor then immediately breaking a pallet.

Step 1: Have survivor stand in front of dropped pallet.
Step 2: Rev your chainsaw and down the survivor.
Step 3: While your chainsaw is still running, break the pallet.
Step 4: After this, activate your chainsaw again as soon as the cooldown is over.
Step 5: The tantrum bar will rapidly fill, but not activate.
Step 6: The next time you charge the chainsaw fully, it will immediately put you into tantrum, instead of starting a chainsaw sweep like it should.
