You know what would be real nice

If Killer's were not so dependent on slow down perk. They're literally punished for deviated from the meta. Way more then Survivor is.

    They aren't...

I am ignoring slowdown perks like a passion since SBMM is a thing. Yes, I won't go as high in MMR, but I will get to the right MMR for me using those builds.

And frankly, I'm loving it this way. Being able to just pick perks that go well with the killer is fun as hell.

Or just experimenting... I have been using Oblivious perks very much lately, and I am having a blast. (Things like Hysteria and Deathbound)

Exactly. If you're wanting the 4k every game (which is not balanced), then you'll stack slowdowns and eke out a victory. If you want to play Killer to enjoy your power and perks you like, you'll have fun, fair games and not care about the outcome.

I've actually gone from being a hardcore Nurse main who'd immediately swap to Nurse when I'd see SWF in my lobby (before they made it so you can't swap Killer in lobby) to playing Nurse just to have fun and get BPs. Getting everyone to death hook and then goofing off is so much more laid-back and fun!
