We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Random Blindness Effect - Possibly Caused by Video Tape + Blindness Addon

I was just playing a game against a Pig. She used the Video Tape add-on, even though it doesn't currently work. Still, I got my trap off because it was causing blindness. Later in the match, I was randomly affected by the Blindness Status effect. Pig had not hit me recently (and didn't have Third Seal in any case) and I did not have a trap on my head. I was not on the ground (which also causes blindness).
You'll also note that my Windows of Opportunity stops working when the blindness effect comes on screen.
