We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Nurse is completely bugged

When playing against the nurse, sometimes she can charge a blink and immediately hit survivors while charging. This usually happens with the second charge.
Another thing I noticed is that she sometimes does wrong animations when in fatigue. The fatigue appears to be longer than intended causing confusion to survivors because the nurse can normally see and blink.
The last thing I noticed is that sometimes she can’t be stunned by pallets.
platform: PS4, but probably happens on all platforms.
