We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Distortion Tokens and Boon: Shadow Step

You lose Distortion tokens while under effect of Shadow Step, which is supposed to already hide your aura. If your aura is already hidden, the killer should not be able to see your aura and therefore should not trigger Distortion, but it does.
Distortion is getting weaker every update.
