Dead Dawg Room Completely Closed

I've noticed that the room to the right of the generator on the top floor of the Saloon is 100% closed to survivors unless the killer breaks the wall. Completely inaccessible. Previously, the window was the only way in and I don't recall ever seeing it blocked off all the way.
This has happened in each of the 5 games I've played on this map since the update. Luckily there's never been a totem in there; in each game the killer did break the wall.
