Does Thanatophobia affect blessing action speeds?

The wiki doesn't state that it does, not sure it it's updated or not.

    It currently does NOT affect blessing.

    Someone actually previously updated the wiki to say that it does but that was incorrect.

    You can also bless a totem without losing DS which seems like an oversight.
