the re-work of the doctors bolt is utter rubbish in design, the field should be greatly reduced and not impact upstairs or downstairs!

Yea, as a Doc main I think he isn't as low as some people think but the counterplay for him is pretty simple, it's just a matter of Doc reacting to and reading the survivor's movements

Sorry, what change is this? I didn't see anything in the patch notes about Doctor.

Doctor is already in the weaker end of killers. He doesn't need nerfing. He lacks mobility, instadowns or ranged attacks. He's a 115 M1 killer at his core, and his ability doesn't compliment his M1 against good players who will play in such a way that your shocks are nigh useless.
