We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

The moment this current rift opened, I got access to the Smilin' Jack Trapper Cosmetic. I only just now realized this was a bug, since I was scrolling through the rift and saw it only unlocks at level 28. I am currently at level 10, but have had it for at least a few days.
