Repressed alliance times bugged

I would use the given formats but this is a simple quick one.
repressed alliance wasn’t actually buffed, it still takes 60 seconds to activate.
the display says 45 but it’s wrong, I’ve timed it in game multiple times to check, please fix this as soon as you can I love this perk.
