Tome Bug - Crescendo Stage 1 "heroic virtue"

Issue Description:

Tome recorded half of my efforts. It should record every time other survivors escape the trial before I do, but it only did for the first game in which I selected the Tome challenge.

Step 1: Boot game

Step 2: Select heroic virtue in the tome to be active (stage 1 of the new crescendo tome)

Step 3: Play exactly as the tome challenge requires you to, let other survivors leave before you escape


Additional Information:

Character played: Meg Thomas

Perks: Windows of Opportunity, Resilience, Quick and Quiet, Dead Hard

Maps: Dead Dawg Saloon, Yamaoka Estate, Crotus Prenn Asylum

I have attached a log file, and also videos of the bug happening over 4 consecutive games.

Game 1: No bug, the tome records 2 other survivors escaping just fine https://youtu.be/vzDpJdM5c6w

Game 2: First bug encounter, tome misses that 1 other survivor escapes before me https://youtu.be/p2yhxo5TSSY

Game 3: Uninteresting, I escaped before other people, bug had no chance to present (so no video too)

Game 4: Second bug encounter, tome definitely misses the escapes before me https://youtu.be/GSH8DZOTEMY

After that fourth game I unselected and selected the challenge before closing DBD and generating the report.

    It seems that after unselecting/reselecting, or resetting the game, the tome then did successfully log my escapes. However, this is still something that should not have happened to begin with.
