Clairvoyance unable to see hatch

Exactly what it says on the tin. I've cleansed dull totems, cleansed hex totems, played many characters, did it on PC, had a friend do it on X-Box, played multiple levels, kept the hatch open, had the Killer close the hatch, any number of totems cleansed, been in the same building as the hatch, tried it with and without Open-Handed...nothing. Clairvoyance is currently unable to show the aura of the hatch to Survivors.
