Make it an option to lower sensitivity while readying a hatchet as Huntress on controller

Considering there is no type of aim assist which many of the FPS games on console use, I think it would help being able to slow down your sensitivity since flicking the controller is really hard. Perhaps it could also be an option when revving the chainsaw as billy, blinking as nurse, ect.
