Hello there, the Repressed Alliance perk seems to be bugged since patch 5.3.0.
The problem is that the amount of time it takes to activate the perk is incorrect. Here's some math:
Repairing a generator takes 80 seconds (100%).
By description, RA should take 45 seconds to activate (56,25% of a single generator progress).
I've tested RA along with Blast Mine, and while Blast Mine activated at 66,25% (53 seconds), RA was still not ready.
RA finally activated at 59 seconds mark (73,75% of Generator progress)
