Steam - Punch Drunk achievement and Hex: Retribution

When running Hex:Retribution, you can get the achievement Punch Drunk (Punch Drunk: afflict 30 Survivors with the Oblivious status effect) immediately as you get your 30th survivor afflicted. This can let you know that a survivor is cleansing a totem.
It is only a one time use ever but I thought I might as well report it anyway
