Brown Medkit no longer fully healing Yun-Jin Lee

Description of the issue: An unused brand new brown medkit used at the start of the game did not fully heal the survivor. There were no perks at play that would make this occur.
Steps to reproduce: Use a brown medkit with Yun-Jin Lee
