Do Moris affect Killer MMR gain?

Title. I got to wondering, if Hatch Escapes don't affect Survivor MMR gain then is it the same for Moris on Killer?

    Technically yes since MMR is based on "kills", but we don't have any confirmation from the Developers about that.
