Ranking up not worth it

So there is SUPPOSEDLY better chances the more you rank up to getting better items and perks on the blood web. Just got one of mine to RK 3 and honestly the blood web is WORSE. I had better perks and items the prior ranks. Survivor is now level 40 and CRAPPY perks, flashlights items up the gazebo and just generally not worth ranking up survivors. You need to make it worth ranking up otherwise just gonna leave my other survivors at level 50 and never rank them because its a waste of time.

    It is called prestiging btw.
    Basically the only benefit you get from it is the cosmetic

    pretty much. Which is not worth it sometimes, ya its nice but not worth losing items and perks for crappy ones. ANd ya on Prestiging my brain was on shut down that time of morning lol
