Rechargeable flashlight please

I've had so many games recently where I was blinded by flashlight and I wasn't even looking at it that is ridiculous my last game someone was getting in and out of a locker in and out of the locker all the time through the whole match they weren't even playing it and the second person was just constantly blinding me so they weren't even playing either please fix this I don't complain much
