16 charge medkit only healing 99% :( (using -8 and +8 attachments)

When using this combination, although it adds up to 16, it only heals you 99%. Did it two games in a row. Killer didn't have any perks that negate item efficiency and I didn't fail any skill checks.

    Happened to me yesterday with just a brown medkit. Didn't get a full heal.

    Exactly the same problem. I was using Emergency med kit though + Gel dressing and I could not heal twice to full 2 games in a roll with that same combo
