Repeating game crash when I have perfect internet and no lag

ill be playing the game and then out of nowhere it will just say I lost connection to host or just go loading screen and say I escaped or vise versa for killer , it gives me my blood points but steals all my items and then depips me even if I have enough points to pip and shows that I pipped and then it gives me a penalty , I’m up to hour long penalties now and don’t even want to play because of it , I’ve lost so many purple flashlights and items and I keep derailing and getting penalized , what can I do to fix this or is it a problem with the game itself as of right now? Please help
