PC - Blessing totems using Boon: Shadow Step and Boon: Circle of Healing now takes twice the normal time.

    Were you:

    A. Blessing a hex totem. Because that is intended.

    B. Playing against Thrill of the Hunt, because despite the devs best efforts, that perk seems to still be in the game.

    I was blessing both a hex totem and a dull totem. Not sure if it was Thrill of the Hunt.
