Self-care has a 100% healing speed

So i was playing a KYF match and i realize that Self care has a 100% healing speed as if it is a circle of healing totem.
Step 1: Load in a custom game with friends
Step 2: Play as survivor using only self care, no boon totems.
Step 3: Start self caring and realize that the healing bar is gray.
