Hillbilly tuned carburetor speed penalty
Remove speed penalty on tuned carburetor hillbilly add on. He is already hugely nerfed and very weak now,no need to give him a speed penalty for extra charge speed. Engravings take ages to charge so either remove penalty from tuned carburetor or remove extra charge time from engravings. Why other stronger killers have WAY better addons than hillbilly; an addon that makes you 110% speed???????????

If you remove the Buff he gains with the Add-On, sure. Hillbilly should not have Chargetime Add-Ons in the first place, it is ok that the ones he get either have a big downside or are very specific.

They should rework this addon into something else and buff his charge time. I still don't get why Hillbilly has a longer charge time than Bubba, Oni and Blight when his movement is way more restricted than those two. It should at least be 2 seconds, same as Bubba.

Oni has to first earn it and Blight can't attack on activation.
Bubba.... idk tbh. I feel like Bubba is slightly overtuned for chase aspect but at the same time he doesn't have any map presence.

Blight can instantly Rush into a wall and Lethal Rush out of it, it takes way less than 2 seconds. Oni can easily down an entire team with good addons in a single Blood Fury.
Hillbilly's map presence nowadays is slightly overrated. It used to be a good thing when maps were open fields with very few obstacles. Now after the map reworks every map is full of trees and rocks that impede mobility. Good luck traversing something like Groaning Storehouse nowadays.
Blight makes him look like a joke, and Bubba can have way better map presence by downing survivors way faster than Billy could ever dream and proxy camp.
