Boon perks not all equipped once it activated

Get me if wrong in the description on boon perks “ You can only bless one totem at a time. All equipped boon perks are active on your boon totem”
So why this not working anymore you activated healing boon of someone has shadow step too that should be active on your totem too but not doing it anymore so had one side map be shadow step perk scribe other be healing cause not activating together on single totem anymore why
