Console - Xbox - Hag scarred hand not giving extra blood points

ep 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Hag with scarred hand - not using any perks that provide extra blood points except scarred hand
Step 3 : at end of game, The 8,000 in deviousness was not tripled.

Perks played : Ruin, Devour Hope, Fearmonger, and Whispers
Add-ons: Scarred hand, willow wreath
Offering: Black Ward
Map: autohaven and coldwind farm
Frequency of the issue the 2 times I used it.
