Getting stuck in Dead Dawg Saloon

Description/Steps: As the link video clip below, while playing in Dead Dawg Saloon, I crouched near a small stairs in the map while hugging the wall and got stuck in the place where I couldn't move. Later on killer downed me and by picking me up I finally was able to get out of being stuck.
This has only ever happened once.
