Alex's toolbox missing one charge

Item name: Alex's Toolbox
Bug: it is stated that this toolbox has 24 charges, each hook takes 6 charges to sabotage, but the toolbox shorts about 1 charge to sabotage 4 hooks (I did take one for a daily of sabotaging 4 hooks, took down 3 hooks and at the end of saboing last hook the toolbox depleted almost around 90 percentage of sabotaging)
