Nemesis supply boxes bugged

The supply boxes from Nemesis are bugged in that way that if someone opens the box, and if you walk passed it after some time the sound queue and the animation of the box is played but there was no one there that opened it when the animation or the sound queue went off.
Or it does it randomly idk but i think they are bugged with the sound and animation
