PC - Getting stuck in the floor when walking up an incline

I don't have steps to reproduce this because it only happened once.

On Father Campbell's Chapel (Crotus Penn Asylum) playing Claudette, a few minutes into the match, I noticed my character's feet would sort of start stuttering and get "stuck" on any incline (stairs or hills). I started walking up some stairs and got stuck and had to start slowly moving, a few inches at a time (video 1). When I reached the top of the stairs, my feet were "stuck" in the ground as well, and the killer had to hit me, at which point I was able to crawl down onto something (notably, on top of a bench, which I'm not sure is usual behavior either).

Also, I noticed that when I tried to get into a locker, I would be forcibly ejected from it in a fast vault (video 2) despite not pressing any buttons.

Video 3 shows an example of trying to climb up a hill, and Video 4 shows an example of trying to climb up stairs.

Notably, I was playing against Pig and she had the Iridescent Tape add-on which was acting funky already because it's bugged: one of the survivors kept their hat until the end but it never activated, and my Jigsaw Box laughed at me as if I unsuccessfully took the hat off, but the hat kind of flew off without the animation of Claudette removing it and the ring around my portrait disappeared, so this could be part of it.

I play on PC (Steam). I have no ingame modifications except for replacing perk icons and survivor portraits.

Playing: Claudette. Notably I bought a new top (the gold dress) today, though I'm not sure why that would cause issues.

Perks: Inner Strength, Situational Awareness (Better Together), Borrowed Time, Prove Thyself.

Map: Crotus Penn Asylum, Father Campbell's Church.

Frequency of the issue: Only happened once.
