PC/Steam - "Holiday Get-Together" Achievement Bug

Step 1: Get in a killer game

Step 2: Hook survivors in basement

Step 3: Two people die on basement hooks (not necessarily simultaneously, but different hooks)

Step 4: Hook a third person on basement hook (again, different hook, but not necessarily simultaneously)

Step 5: Get the achievement somehow


Additional Info:

Character played: The Plague

Perks played: Dark Devotion (I), Corrupt Intervention (I)

Map: Coldwind Farm (Rotten Fields, I think?)

Frequency: Only once, you can't get a Steam achievement twice

Multiple log files attached because I'm reporting this the day after, and I don't know which log file is the right one, since it's garbled data to me.
