Ps5 cant join Ps4 friends
Ps5 invite Loop
Step 1 : Boot the game - check
Step 2 : Start a survivor party
Step 3 : Invite from in game friends (ps4 friends don't show) inviting via the playstayion party or profile, the ps4 user gets a notification to go to the PlayStation store, when the ps4 friends invite me on ps5 I get a ps4 game version download notification
Step 4 : restarting both ps5 and ps4 and network resets still getting same loop
P.s also had issues joining after getting the ps4 version downloaded on the ps5

Hey there, could you check if you both have crossplay enabled in the settings? If crossplay is turned off, PS4 players can only invite other PS4 players, and PS5 players can only invite other PS5 players.
If crossplay is enabled, however, please let us know so we can investigate further. Thank you!

Tested with one PS4 friend with cross-play on, no issue will test with the one PS4 user I had issues with later tonight and will update, thanks for the quick reply

Ik this is wierd but try this make sure you and your friends have each other as CLOSE friends, delete each other and re add as close friends I did this with my ps4 friend and am ps5 and it worked strangely as that sounds.

Yeah after restoring the license and testing again the same issue is still happening
