Better reporting/ban system.

I have constantly been getting into games where teammates have been throwing the game or straight-up leaving the game midway. Sometimes, I get into matches where teammates are just working with the killer and blocking me from using pallets, so the killer can get easy hooks/kills. There are other scenarios where a person literally gets hooked once and leaves the game. It makes me not want to play the game or just quit completely. There really has to be some way for these people to get banned because most of the time reporting does nothing.
