Boon Totem Change Idea too make it more counterable.

So currently a strategy is to stalk the boon totems once you know where they are (so not snuffing them out). But the survivor can currently just bless a different totem. So I think that a survivor who placed the boon perks cannot change the location unless the killer snuffs the totem out. Gives it a bit more counterplay as once you figure out where people are going to heal, the killer has an idea of where they are going to heal.
