Some Pinhead suggestions

I played Pinhead a lot recently and, although I find him very fun, his power doesn't feel very rewarding.
These are the main problems I think this killer has:
- Possessed chains are very lackluster especially around tall obstacles
- Interrupting survivors solving the Lament Configuration does nothing
- Interacting with the cube is extremely rare unless you use Franklin's Demise
- Chain Hunts take too long to activate and are too passive, and chains are unable to target survivors close to walls
So here are some suggestions that could make Pinhead more interactive and rewarding to play:
- Chains should not instantly break when they touch an obstacle, they should still take 1 second. This way chains wouldn't become useless around walls, but survivors would still be able to break multiple chainst at the same time.
- During a chain hunt gateways should spawn closer to survivors. This would help in wall-dense areas or indoor maps and make them also a bit more accurate, since in my experience pasive chains miss the survivor 90% of the time.
- If a survivor is unable to solve the Lament Configuration before the killer teleports to them, a Chain Hunt starts. This would force survivors to choose the right time to solve it. To balance this, I would nerf the addons that increase the time to solve and would make survivors immune to the chain hunt during the solving action (because waiting for the perfect moment just to be interrupted by random chains would be unfair).
- For every possessed chain landed, the chain hunt timer progresses by 5 seconds. This would reward killers who are able to consistenly land their chains with more frequent chain hunts.
