Multiple actions with a single input using medkit addon

-Usage of Anti-hemorrhage or addons activated the same way (press keybind while healing to activate addon) syringe starts multiple actions with a single input. (Use a syringe while standing next to a downed pallet will force you to slow vault at the same time)

I swapped my spacebar and m1 key bindings so I activate the addon and vault the pallet using left mouse click
