It’s very clear y’all want Spirit gutted
Just admit it, you very clearly won’t be satisfied on Spirit’s state until she’s actually unfun and janky to play as and when she’s jokingly easy to loop. I understood complaints pre-nerf because she gave no information and that wasn’t fun but now she does give information.
Survivors, I really hate to break it to you but a killer’s power isn’t supposed to benefit survivors literally at all. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t have ways to play around them but the killer should have the control. You do have ways to play around Spirit that isn’t just running around junk and pressing space bar. You have to be mindful now. I’m not saying you have to like playing against her but please don’t act like Spirit isn’t fair now. Just because you find something unfun doesn’t mean it needs a change.
BHVR, I know I may give y’all ######### at times but fantastic job on the Spirit changes. I think some of her add ons need to be tweaked but otherwise she’s in the best place she’s ever been. One of the most balanced killers in the game.

It's not a Spirit thing, its an any killer that prevents easy time for survivors. For some reason, people in this game can't handle losing or making mistakes and want the devs to make it easier and easier.

It sucks that a lot of the bad stigma about her pre-nerf still exists even though she is so much more fair to play as and against. I don’t think some people would ever be satisfied purely because of how monstrous she used to be. I honestly think the only way to get some of these people to finally appreciate her is if theyd played her, but let’s be honest thats not happening.

It's genuinely true. And there's always the same argument of 1v1 having to have a "counterplay" and it has to be "fun to face", which means Killers either end up either feeling janky as hell or straight up don't stand a chance. I really get the issue that it should be fun to verse a Killer, but this is a 4v1 game, not a 1v1, there has to be a better way.

Any body complaining about her now is just not as good as they think they are.
The couple times I played against her when she's phasing there's info she has counter play all they have to do is think and listen.
If they get caught now it's their fault for not thinking.

The real only killer who needs a nerf to their power is nurse, far in the future, but hers is the only one who needs actual nerfs.

She's in a good spot now, just a couple add-ons that need tuning imo. Granted, most killers have a couple add-ons that need some tuning. When I play survivor there's a few killers I can't stand playing against, Wraith, Bubba, Freddy, and Pig but that's because of how they're often played not how they're balanced.

I definitely agree MD ring is too strong, especially when combined with Yakuyoke Amulet or Dried Cherry Blossom.

Couldn’t agree more. I played against her three times so far and she’s very fun to face now. If I got caught, I simply didn’t react fast enough or I got outplayed.

I never had a problem before facing her I always had fun playing against a good spirit.
But she's a lot more easy now to face then she was before.

One buff I’d like to see with Hag is to remove survivors ability to disarm her traps while she’s carrying someone or breaking a pallet. That can be annoying as Hag.

I rather nurse over spirit , spirit/pig/plague/bubba is just boring unfair and what part of spirit is nerfed, some misleading garbage audio queue that spine chill already sorta give information about, pointless and bhvr shouldnt have gave false promise on that dust kicking nerf she was to get. Give me a nurse that will clap me down in 10 seconds of the match, every killer has some type of ways to know where they are at, spirit does not other than some useless audio queue. People will always hate a survivor/perk/kill/hex whether or not its balanced/nerfed/op that is just life, you cant stop someone for hating something that already they bad experiences with.
Look at the complaints on trickster the second most lowest killer in the game on kill rate by some people who think he is op but he still need some heck of a tunning .Some people have a some killers they do well on and some people have killers they do bad on, this has nothing to do with being bad or good at looping or kiting, example my friend hates range type killers over melee ones, i rather personally a range type killer over a melee cause am more better at kiting(dodge range things as I look behind me more vs a range killer) over more of dodging melee ones.

Nah - that should be an add-on at the most, not basekit. I play Hag and that would make her much better. Maybe just make flashlights not destroy her traps anymore, like how toolboxes don’t gut Trapper anymore.

Spine Chill was a great counter to Spirit but the difference between that and the directional audio was that you don’t actually have to bring in a perk to counter a killer now. You have information now. How is it fair that Iron Will users have information on where she is at but she doesn’t have any information on where they’re at.
Also I did say in my thread you don’t have to like something but don’t act like it isn’t balanced.

Thats not wrong, the main problem I see with balance ideas is people can't tell the difference between coutnerplay, and gutting someone.
Counterplay is supposed to be difficult, basic, and require a lot of finesse and skill,
Is their an infinite tier 3 myers? Dont get hit! Theres your counterplay.
Blight? Dodge them!
Spirit? Bait them to go somewhere else, or dont get in a chase!
Executioner? Dodge it
Slinger? Dodge!
Clown? Stay away from the gas!
Might seem hard, and is easier said than done, but with enough skill, is possible. You shouldnt be able to expect to always have hope in a situation, sometimes you need to make a hail mary play with a very low chance of success, and if you cant handle that, well im afraid your playing the wrong game.

I never understood the "fun to face" logic behind killer nerfs. Because let's face it, SWF isn't fun to face. But the devs won't do anything about it.

Add on related, yes, hatch? Not really, im not complaining about the hatch changes but keys have a lot of things needing to happpen
1- Your last guy alive
2- The killer finds hatch before you
3- You find hatch without the audio and open it before EGC ends.

I'd kind of like it if crouching wasn't an autowin against her traps. Maybe make it like crouch walking over them gives only a 33% chance of setting it off. Adds in a bit of danger as to whether or not to risk approaching a trapped gen or whatever.

No, she really isn't in a good spot. Survivors have control over her in chase except for maybe when she's using her strongest add-ons. I was hoping we were moving in a direction where killers would be getting stronger not weaker, but that's all a dream.

But you can react to it because of the sound cue now, unless she's using the strongest possible speed add-on, which makes it an even playing field for her. Even if she is fast, she can only be in one place at a time. If you drop a pallet from one side or another, or slow vault a window, she still has to guess which side you're on.

I have issues with Spirit on actual personal levels, it makes it hard for me to counter her. But, she feels good right now and I actually have a chance to deal with her now.

Scratch marks are invisible but that doesn’t matter when she moves at 216% speed. It can be a noticeable downside at 176% though.

When the game is in a much healthier state, then yes. So probably never or in a few years. She may take the most skill out of everyone else and might be fun for a lot of people, but that doesn't change the fact that she is OP. She is also holding the game back too. You can't make a strong killer perk without reminding yourself of nurse; depending on what that perk can do it could push her into the "broken op" tier. But for now? She is fine and needs no changes. I wasn't saying that she needs to be nerfed any further, when in fact in the future she needs a total rework.
