This happened just a minute ago on the RCPD map, I was on the last survivor, the hatch was open I carried them to the hatch, when I dropped them I got stuck in the animation between the hatch and the doorway, in trying to get out of the animation I accidentally closed the hatch, but was still unable to move away from inbetween it and the doorway. I took a picture to show where.
