Trickster laceration charge penalty per basic attack applying to other survivors.

Platform: PC (though it probably happens on every platform)
Description: When you hit a survivor with a basic attack as the trickster, the amount of laceration charges on them decreases by -3. However, if you hit a survivor while another one has laceration charges on them, the penalty will be applied to the other survivor.
Steps to reproduce:
1.- Load into a custom game with trickster and at least two survivors.
2.- Throw a few blades at survivor A
3.- Hit survivor B
4.- Survivor A loses their laceration charges.
