Azarov's Resting Place Blink inconsistency

There's inconsistency that Nurse sometimes cannot Blink inside the main office of the map. I feel like it might be because it's a slight elevation and her pitching is made to respond on bigger height differences.
When inside the building it's simple to get out of.
First moment of the video shows the inconsistency the most I suppose.
