Is it possible to see someone's email from the game?

Some salty weirdo called me with my email name in post-game chat. Does anyone knows if it's an exploit or they checked my ip or something?

He either dug your ip, which is a current known issue right now.. Or he snooped your steam profile and worked from there to get your email.
