Survivors shouldn't get a speed burst when contaminated by Nemesis
I don't understand why survivors get a speed burst when contaminated by tentacle with the first hit. They don't even get injured.
Survivors that are fully infected by Plague don't get a speed burst and they get injured & broken.
Just seems inconsistent and I feel like this holds back Nemesis.

Tbh I feel like they should get hindered when they get hit by the first contamination tentacle.

They do actually. For a whopping 0.25 seconds. If they would just increase the duration, since they adamantly insist that removing the speed boost would make him "ToO oPpReSsIVe", it would go a long way in making him feel less punishing to play as.

Yeah, I don't really notice the hindered affect lol. In fact, I would even take this: remove the hindered affect and have no speed burst for the survivors. I would trade a hindered affect that is only a 20% penalty for a 150% speed boost that the survivor gets.
Pretty much dealing with landing 3 hits (contaminate and 2 health states) and facing a Dead Hard possibly is kinda rough.

I know. When I said hindered I meant more like they actually are hindered like they move at 90% or something. Definitely my bad for not specifying sorry bout that.

The devs said they aren't going to remove it, which is really disappointing. The speed boost is so unnecessary, especially at the start of the game where it's only giving them speed boosts and nothing else

That is sad... Hopefully they can look for other ways to help Nemesis with this, like increase the hinder duration. Otherwise, I don't really see Nemesis getting out of B tier.

It makes even less sense once you notice that infecting them does not count as "interupt" which means that they can continue on the gen, totem, exit gates and so on...
Anyways its just another proof of the devs bias.
