You shouldn't be able to Dead Hard powers that aren't explicitly damage.
Trapper traps
Hag traps
Doctor shocks
Freddy pools
Clown Gas
Cenobite chains.
The Trapper and The Cenobite suffer tremendously more due to the lose-lose situation they encounter once Dead Hard occurs.
With The Trapper, the survivor is now over the trap and The Trapper is now forced to pick up the trap or walk around the vicinity when the chase should just have ended there.
The Cenobite literally cannot move while using his active, and actively spending the time to land an ability just for a chain that is supposed to latch on only phase through is pure pain...and not the pain he wants.

Hag Traps - These will still trigger, you can just dead hard out of reach of the insta teleport M1
Doctor Shocks - You have to dead hard completely out of range
Clown Gas - You still get intoxicated
Chains - You can dead hard out of the way, but not whilst chained
