Trap bugged ?

Goodnight all.
We wanted, me and my friends, one evening, to play games trap.
We took a rainbow card and a pink key to escape it.
But, 2-3 games each time the trap never appeared. Even with accessories allowing to see it, this one did not appear.
Indeed on the last part, everyone got hooked, I remained the last survivor on the ground. I crawled all over the main building, (we had an offering for it to appear in). I go around, I don't see her. The last survivor dies after, she appears? While all the generators were done?
Can someone tell me if the trap spawn has changed? Or is it a bug?
