Dead Hard and Pallet Hits Should Just Be 50/50

What if, when the killer swings, and the survivor either throws a pallet or Dead Hards, and the two actions happen within a certain timeframe (like, whatever fraction of a second makes sense), the server literally just flips a coin to see if the hit lands?
Because that would honestly feel fairer to me than the current system.

For me, hit validation on pallets is getting rarer and rarer for me. Almost every time I hear the survivor scream, I have actually hit them.
The Dead Hard one is a pain in the ass, tho... I know it was on the survivor side for years, getting exhausted on the floor. But I think I shouldn't be hearing a survivor I didn't hit. I have lost kills, because of it...
