Remove certain character perks from shrine

I think at least the OG 4 or even David and Nea included could get removed from rotation. They've had botany knowledge and no mither on the shrine within 10 weeks while vigil hasn't been on the shrine in over a year. And we know it's not "random"

    Just looking at the Shrine Archive on the wiki... oh my gosh. OG perks have appeared SO much more often than perks from basically any other character.

    I guess it's not a surprise, however. You can't buy the original characters + David and Nea, so offering their perks on the shrine is no biggie. But offering perks from characters that you would otherwise have to pay for? Good one...

    I see where you're going. I'm sure they offer the paid perks alot less often and it's probably not random. More to do with greed.
