Ghost face blocking all sides of hook

Just had a ghost face named I don’t kill feng min who crouched into my body on hook and nobody could unhook me. The prompt wouldn’t show on either side.
edit: clarification: he crouched, then shrouded and used that to clip into my hanging body just enough to block all sides. I clipped it but since it’s on Xbox I gotta figure out a way to share it
