PC - Grim Pantry - Killer cannot pickup downed survivor in a corner

Description: Inside a house right in front of an exit gate a survivor stopped right next to a locker and waited for me to down him. Only then i realized he was exploiting that location bug. Tried every angle (including backwards), no pickup option. After a long camp, as he was running out of time on the ground, he moved, and then i was again able to pick him up.
Steps : He died facing the edge between the locker and the wall, as i printed in the images below.
How often: Only saw this one time right now, but since he lured me to get downed in that specific place, then its not his first time doing it.
