I can't play surv or custom becouse the game think I'm already in a party

It's been like 4 days that i have this problem and i tried and trying to reaching someone to help me from days and nobody cares. The game don't let me play because tell me" impossible to create a party: you are already in a party and you can't open another one" but i play only on one platform (Xbox series s) and i don't know why this is happening. Please someone help me. I also tried to uninstall and install back the game, restart the router, delete the cache on the Xbox... So many things AND NEITHER with the new update today changed the situation. PLEASE
