Survivor stuck in Eerie of Crows Forsaken Boneyard

PS5, playing David, running Spine Chill, Urban Evasion, Kindred and Boon of Healing.
I got stuck next to a chest and could not move the whole game. Being downed did not free me, but the killer could pick me up during Endgame.
Only happened once so far. I have a video if needed.
